Architectural Review

The Rotonda Meadows/Villas Conservation Association is entrusted with maintaining the appearance and a certain sense of continuity of the community. In order to help all owners understand the process involved in this effort, the Association has adopted certain rules and guidelines to govern new construction, Architectural Review, and changes/upgrades that are made to existing properties, Residential Modification. Prior to any new construction or prior to any modification of an existing property, plans and specifications must be submitted to and approved by the Association. Guidelines and forms for Architectural Review and Residential Modification are set out below. All forms may be submitted through the Association Management Company office at the address located at the bottom of this page.

DOCK GUIDELINES

The Association allows for the construction of docks along the waterways in the subdivision subject to Board adopted guidelines. The Association owns the waterways and land immediately surrounding each body of water, therefore, dock owners will be required to sign and agree to the Dock License Agreement.
